Los Versalles<\/em>, S.E., 194 DPR 258 (2015), sobre la interpretaci\u00f3n de la intenci\u00f3n de las partes; <em>Cooperativa de Ahorro y Cr\u00e9dito Oriental v. Cond. <\/em><em>Beach Village<\/em>, 195 DPR 330 (2016), sobre adquirente voluntario en el R\u00e9gimen de Propiedad Horizontal, y <em>Park Tower, S.E. v. Registradora<\/em>, <em>194 DPR 244 (2015), <\/em>sobre condiciones restrictivas en el r\u00e9gimen de propiedad horizontal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Professor Godreau Robles discusses the most recent cases of Puerto Rico\u2019s Supreme Court, specifically those relating to Property Law and Obligations and Contracts. The cases discussed are: <em>Burgos L\u00f3pez v. Condado Plaza<\/em>, 193 DPR 1, (2015), about the interpretation of the hold harmless clause<em>; Asoc. de Residentes Los Versalles, Inc. v.
