Godreau Robles. Reflexiona sobre los cambios sociales, pol\u00edticos y econ\u00f3micos que ha atravesado el pa\u00eds y c\u00f3mo estos hacen necesario una actualizaci\u00f3n de su esquema. Adem\u00e1s, argumenta que el nuevo esquema debe contener un examen de la identidad de las personas que fungen como operadores del derecho. Su prop\u00f3sito es que este esquema visibilice las injusticias cometidas por los tribunales. A modo de ejemplo, menciona que el Tribunal analiza de manera distinta e injusta los efectos de la crisis fiscal tanto en la esfera p\u00fablica como en la privada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Professor Luis Jos\u00e9 Torres Asencio highlights the importance of the analysis of <em>Esquema para el an\u00e1lisis de problemas de Derecho Civil Patrimonial<\/em>s by Michel J. Godreau Robles. He reflects on the social, political and economic changes that the country has undergone and how they make it necessary to update this analysis. Moreover, he argues that the new edition must contain an examination of the identity of the persons who function as operators of the law. His purpose is that the new edition points out the injustices committed by the courts.
