Entre ellos est\u00e1n: (1) el requisito de la notificaci\u00f3n que establece el art\u00edculo 2A de la Ley n\u00fam. 104; (2) los elementos necesarios para que prospere una causa de acci\u00f3n por impericia profesional en contra de un abogado; (3) la interrupci\u00f3n del tiempo de prescripci\u00f3n y la acci\u00f3n de nivelaci\u00f3n cuando son varios los cocausantes de un da\u00f1o extracontractual siguiendo la secuela de <em>Fraguada Bonilla v Hospital<\/em>, y (4) la extensi\u00f3n de la norma ya establecida por el propio Tribunal Supremo acerca de la deferencia que los foros apelativos deben tener para con al Tribunal de Primera Instancia en cuanto a la valoraci\u00f3n de los da\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Professor Glenda Labadie Jackson and law student Marcia Caridad\u00a0Laurido Soto discuss those decisions, concerning Torts Law, where the Puerto Rico Supreme Court had the opportunity to clarify certain key concepts.
