Por ello, desarrolla un an\u00e1lisis cr\u00edtico sobre la normativa de la usucapi\u00f3n en el contexto de la horizontalidad. Ello, en miras a evaluar si el car\u00e1cter catastral impide la adquisici\u00f3n mediante la prescripci\u00f3n adquisitiva. A su vez, ilustra c\u00f3mo el Tribunal Supremo ha atendido este asunto en <em>Nissen Holland v. Gentheller<\/em>, <em>Bravaman v. Condominio Palma Real<\/em> y <em>Condominio La Torre Miramar v. Ramos V\u00e1zquez<\/em>. A la luz de la jurisprudencia desarrollada, la autora argumenta la posibilidad de usucapir bienes dentro del R\u00e9gimen de Propiedad Horizontal siempre y cuando no atente contra los valores y principios fundamentales de dicho r\u00e9gimen.<\/p>\n<p>Author Rossana Gonz\u00e1lez Mu\u00f1oz evaluates the figure of usurpation within the Horizontal Property Regime. Consequently, the author analyzes whether its existence through registry prevents taking through adverse possession. Also, the Author illustrates the Supreme Court\u2019s reasoning on this issue through <em>Nissen Holland v. Gentheller<\/em>, <em>Bravaman v. Condominio Palma Real,<\/em> and <em>Condominium La Torre Miramar v. Ramos V\u00e1zquez<\/em>.
