Rodr\u00edguez Reyes propone que, quien arriesga tener dichas im\u00e1genes publicadas, deber\u00eda tener la alternativa legal del interdicto a su disposici\u00f3n como modo de restringir la publicaci\u00f3n de las im\u00e1genes privadas por parte del individuo que las posee. Es evidente que el derecho a la privacidad aqu\u00ed contraviene el derecho del otro a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n. Sin embargo, la preocupaci\u00f3n del autor se debe a la pr\u00e1ctica actual de porno venganza, y c\u00f3mo, con este remedio legal, se podr\u00eda evitar la publicaci\u00f3n de estas im\u00e1genes privadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Read how author V\u00edctor Rodr\u00edguez-Reyes attends the legal aspect behind the current issues arising out of private images being disseminated throughout the Internet. Rodr\u00edguez-Reyes proposes that the individual who risks having a private image published should have the legal remedy of the injunction available to him or her as a form of prior restraint against the publishing party. It is clear that the individual right to privacy contravenes here with the publisher\u2019s First Amendment right to free speech.
