El profesor y juez Gerardo A. Flores García analiza las opiniones de Derecho Administrativo del Tribunal Supremo de Puerto Rico para el término 2015-2016. El autor analiza las incongruencias del requisito de notificación de recursos revisión judicial, según discutido en Spyder Media, Inc. v. Municipio de San Juan, y las enmiendas hechas a la Ley de procedimiento administrativo uniforme. Además, tomando como punto de partida el caso Transporte Rodríguez v. Junta de Subastas analiza la legislación relacionada al proceso de licitación pública y los procesos de revisión de subastas.
Professor and Judge Gerardo A. Flores García analyzes the Administrative Law opinions of the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico for the term 2015-2016. The author discusses the inconsistencies of the judicial review notification requirement to the parties, as discussed in Spyder Media, Inc. v. Municipio de San Juan, and the amendments made to the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act. In addition, taking as a starting point the case Transporte Rodríguez v. Junta De Subastas he analyzes the legislation related to the public auction process and the auction review processes.
