RLC-Project Management for Recovery and Economic Development Projects

This course intends to provide a basic understanding of what is and how to apply project management to legal, recovery and economic development projects. The course will provide basic tools that the participants will be able to implement right away to manage projects in the legal and disaster recovery settings. We will share examples and benefits of implementing project management.
