The description of this course: a promising post-disaster recovery process requires a transparent, efficient and fair use of public resources. This course intends to show how transparency and accountability mechanisms can enable stakeholders to monitor and protect response and recovery resources from misuse, particularly in public contracting processes, the area with the highest corruption risk.
