Descripción: The COVID 19 Pandemic completely transformed what we used to know as a normal way of doing business. In this course, we will discuss Law, jurisprudence, and regulations that have emerged from this emergency and the effects they have had on different organizations. Also, we will discuss the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 (HR 1319) and its differences with the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. (H.R. 6201).
